libdispatch0 software package provides user space implementation of the Grand Central Dispatch API, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdispatch0
libdispatch0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdispatch0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdispatch0 *
You will get with libdispatch0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
